In addition to this release Micke Carlsson (drummer by the time) published his tour journal. You can find it all here:

We really squeezed everything in there. This tells the story of David
& the Citizens between the years 1999 and 2005. A really nice
closure and a beginning of something new. This is both for the fans and
for new ones. We did this also for everyone that never had heard the
band before; we thought it would be interesting to tell the story of a
struggling band, doing it for themselves, by themselves. Big thanks to
Anders Weberg, who came up with the idea and was the force behind it
all.
